Shipping & Refund Policies

All sales are FINAL and there are no refunds allowed on any grounds.

Order processing begins as soon as an order is submitted. As a result, order modifications are not permitted after an order is submitted. This includes changes to product, refunds, shipment methods, addresses, cancellations, etc.

Customers are advised to complete all return requests within 7 days of receipt in order to qualify for a store credit. Any return request not received within the specific time frame will be disqualified,

The product must be sent back in the original packaging condition (resell-able condition) as it was when shipped from us, meaning it cannot be combed, washed, brushed, cut, worn, colored or altered in any way (original ties must remain in tact as it was received by the customer).

For your protection, we suggest that all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal carrier. 

We are not responsible for lost items in transit. All sales are FINAL on clearance and sale items. No returns will be accepted sale or clearance items.

The customer is responsible for all return freights in a product return transaction. Once received and determined to be in resealable form, a store credit would be issued. If the item was purchased during a promotion that has ended, your new order will not qualify for the promotion in question. Once a store credit or Gift Card is issued, it may not be redeemed as cash on any grounds.

NOTE: DUE TO THE DELICATE NATURE OF LACE PRODUCTS (FULL LACE WIGS, LACE CLOSURES & LACE FRONTALS), CAN NOT BE RETURNED. EXCHANGED OR REPLACED.

 

 

All orders are shipped via USPS priority mail shipping which is normally 1-3 business days. Express shipping which is normally 1-2 business days is also available to orders placed in the U.S.

For all orders, please make sure your address is accurate and all apartment numbers are listed as well. Satisfied Beauty Bar will not be responsible for any misdeliveries due to inaccurate addresses.

Any returned orders will result in customers' covering reshipping costs.

Satisfied Beauty Bar will also not be responsible for any stolen or damaged packages. If there is any issue regarding your delivery, please contact USPS Customer Service. 

HIGH VOLUME SHIPPING DURING HOLIDAYS:

Please understand that during holidays, third party shipping companies are not on schedule especially the post office (USPS). We, Satisfied Beauty Bar, are not responsible for any delayed shipping due to the package being out of our hands and with the third party shipping company. If you have any questions about the tracking status of an order once the package has been shipped, please contact the third party shipping company.
